一次側對地之安全間距要求

2.10 Clearances, creepage distances and distances through insulation


(1)沿面距離Creepage (B/S)
250~: 2.5 mm
300~: 3.2 mm
400~: 4.0 mm
600~: 6.3 mm
(2)空間距離Clearance (B/S)
300~: 2.0 mm
600~: 3.2 mm



針對單相電力系統來說，L-N為230Vac，評估距離不變。
但對三相電力系統來說，L-L為400Vac，不能再依L-N: 230Vac來設計距離。
這項改變將會影響到我們往後三相UPS設計I/P EMI板，I/P MOV板一次側線路對地距離，請各RD在設計這些零件擺放位置時，能注意此點。

23 Spacings

Table 23.2 Spacings for units intended for use in a controlled environment

Exception:
23.1.4
For a unit intended for use in a controlled environment, a spacing between an uninsulated live part and a metal enclosure or other accessible dead metal part may be less than the value specified in the fourth column of Table 23.2 but not less than the values specified in the second and third columns of Table 23.2, if the unit enclosure complies with the Mechanical Strength Test for Metal Enclosures, Section 60.
說明：若EUT可通過耐壓測試，則原本120Vac機種一次側與鐵殼的距離可由6.4mm減少至1.6mm，原本230Vac機種一次側與鐵殼的距離可由12.7mm減少至2.4mm。
