Hi,

當IC內部的CMOS或BJT在切換時都會sink一個小電流.
那很多開關在切換時, 這個小電流就不是小電流了,會變成一個大電流.
這個現象在IC外部的power line就會觀察的到, 如果bulk電容做的不夠大也不夠靠近IC時,
利用對IC的power line做FFT觀察就可以觀察到IC內部的開關切換頻率在哪邊

這是我認為IC對整個系統板子影響最大的地方, 有些設計不良的IC不管外部擺多大的bulk電容都無解.
當然還有PLL的部份這又是另外一回事了
